Repent. Return. Refresh. Restore.

So REPENT [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret past sins] and RETURN [to God—seek His purpose for your life], so that your sins may be wiped away [blotted out, completely erased], so that times of REFRESHING may come from the presence of the Lord [restoring you like a cool wind on a hot day]; 20 and that He may send [to you] Jesus, the Christ, who has been appointed for you, 21 whom heaven must keep until the time for the [complete] RESTORATION of all things about which God promised through the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. Acts 3:19-21 AMP

Repent, Return, Refreshing, Restoration

“Re” as the prefix means – again, again and again… which can indicate a repetition of a thing. My God!

Repent – change your inner self, change your way of thinking, regret your sins, turning from an old way to a new way. Repenting is not a one-time deal and you done. Repenting is daily. Just like RENEWING your mind daily.

Return – We must return to our first Love, God. We must seek His purpose for our lives. When we get off track and distracted, we have to make a choice to repent and return. Do you know when you repent and return God is blotting out and erasing all your sin; tossing it in the sea of forgetfulness to remember it no more?

Refreshing – When you repent and return the day of REFRESHING may come to you. Peace that passeth all human understanding.

Restoration – When you repent, return and refreshing has entered into your season, restoration begins to unfold in areas of your life. The ultimate restoration will be when ALL things God promised shall come to pass and Christ returns. Who is ready?
