Good morning I am FINISHING STRONG Life Speaker!

24 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may [a]obtain it. 25 And everyone who competes for the prize [b]is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. 26 Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. 27 But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27NKJV (at first I stopped at verse 25, but I had to go all the way to 27)

You can’t finish strong without PURPOSE (What’s your Why?) DISCIPLINE, ACTION, A CHANGED MIND and FOCUS. Winning a natural race takes preparation. Winning in the spiritual race takes the same. We are preparing ourselves when we study, when we love, when we fast, when we pray, when we give, when we worship, when we praise, when we live according to His word.

Your PROGRESS depends on what you will do when nobody is watching. Your PROGRESS depends on what you are willing to do to PREPARE. Your PROGRESS depends on your WHY.

I don’t know what you have started, but don’t even think about quitting. You have a goal to meet and you won’t meet it with excuses. Discipline your body and BEAT into subjection…. Not only do I speak these things to you, but I must also apply them to my life. So we in this fight together to be all that God created us to be in the earth. Let’s FINISH STRONG!

Speak Life is an amazing book. This book has changed my life in so mnay ways.  The prompts are so powerful and will have you looking at your space and the company you keep through different lenses. I feel like a ten lb weight has been lifted off of me after reading this, following the prompts, and being more sensitive to the spirit.  Latoya is amazing, she was there throughout the entire process with encouragement and a beautiful message from God.
