Nevertheless...

Good morning I am a fisher of men life speaker!

“Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men” They IMMEDIATELY left their nets and followed Him.” Matthew 4:19-20 “He called them, and immediately they left the boat and their father, and followed Him.” Matthew 4:21b-22

Matthew and Mark records the same scriptures in regards to them immediately leaving their boats, nets, father and following Christ. When we go into Luke 5:4-11 we see that Christ gave more instructions “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch” Simon response was “Master we toiled all night and caught nothing, NEVERTHELESS at YOUR word I will let down the net.”

What’s your response to the instructions of the Lord? What’s your response when God gives you a word? Do you make excuses or do you respond with an action of obedience? It may take some of us a minute because we are looking at what we were doing and how it wasn’t working, but when we hear the LORD SAY, we must respond in obedience and move. NEVERTHELESS at HIS WORD I will arise and go!

I want to encourage someone this morning, that it was God’s voice that you heard and it’s time for a nevertheless response. I know it seems like this time will be like every other time, but trust God. NEVERTHELESS God I will trust you at your word. I will arise and go. I will follow your instructions. I will obey your voice. I will walk into my destiny.
