Be Reconciled II

Good morning I am Bound to the Father Life Speaker!

“…And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He as reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach in His sight….” Colossians 1:21-22 NKJV

When you do not know God and have no relationship with Him, you are alienated from Him. You are estranged from Him. Even our thinking is evil. Wrong thinking leads to sin. Sin further perverts and destroys our thoughts about Him. When we are not in a relationship with Him we are hostile in our way of thinking about Him.

Christ died that we may be reconciled to the Father, but we must go by way of the Son in order to get to the Father. Look at what verse 22 says – He died to present you holy, blameless and ABOVE reproach in His sight. Above reproach is above blame, accusations and those similar too. So no matter how man sees you, God’s desire through Him is to see you holy, blameless and above reproach.

We serve an awesome God! If you don’t know Him, I invite you to get to know Him today. It’s time to be joined to Him and not alienated from Him. This world shall pass, but His words will live forever.
