The Mind of Christ

Good afternoon!

I have the Heart of God and the Mind of Christ Life Speaker!

“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it [a]robbery to be equal with God, 7 but [b]made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.” Philippians 2:5-7 NKJV

Allow this mind to be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. We should desire to have a mind like Christ. Although Christ was God in a different form, He didn’t see coming to earth in a fleshly form as robbery, but HE DID IT FOR YOU; He did it for me. Christ attitude is to serve, not be served. We should resemble His attitude towards serving. We should serve out of love for God and for others and look for opportunities to serve.

God could have just stayed where He was but He made a decision way before “in the beginning” to send Himself here as ramification for our sins. He was sinless but He loves us so much that He came in flesh form to live, be beaten, lied on, crucified and all just for you and I; that’s love. Immeasurable love. He didn’t have to do it, but He did.

Love sets aside self to be under submission to Love. Christ limited Himself in order to submit to the Father’s will. That’s love!
