Do not Grieve the Holy Spirit

“…and do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” Ephesians 4:30

We were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise (Ephesians 1:13) The Holy Spirit is a seal that is an guarantee that we belong to the Father and that He will do what He has promised us. His power is working through us so we should not grieve His Spirit. God is not dead, Christ is not dead, and the Holy Spirit is not dead but very much alive working through each one of us.

Trust God. Trust the process. Trust God. Trust the process. The process is not always the direction we would have chosen, but when we are going in the direction God orchestrated for us then the process is not the end of the story. The Holy Spirit will teach you all things, are you ready to learn? Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God.
