Preparation...

Good morning I AM HUNGRY Life Speaker!

Preparation

“So be alert [give strict attention, be cautious and active in faith], for you do not know which day [whether near or far] your Lord is coming. 43 But understand this: If the head of the house had known what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. Matthew 24:42-43 AMP

As many have been and are preparing for Hurricane Matthew and then I see also Hurricane Nicole that’s still out in the waters, preparation comes before what’s to come. BE ALERT (vigilant, watchful, observant, ready to act, prepared) for we truly DO NOT know the day CHRIST is returning.

Regardless of those that claim to know when Christ will return, NO MAN knows the hour or time. We must be PREPARED at all times for His coming.

Did you get your water? In your preparation if you have not gotten your water, you will be thirsty. Those who are prepared will LIVE. I’m not talking about natural water, but God’s Holy Spirit that dwells in us. Prepare

Did you get your bread? You will not be hungry because you were prepared with bread to eat. As the word says Jesus replied to the tempter that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God. You must know God in this hour. You must know His voice in this time. An enemy’s voice you will not follow.

While we must take precautions and prepare for hazardous weather, we must also prepare for the coming of Christ. Everyone will not believe and many will reject Him, but for you and your house continue serving the Lord, prepare and know that without a shadow of a doubt you will spend eternity with the Father. Be ready! Prepare!

Also preparation for what man sees coming does not mean you do not trust God. Preparation for what God has said will happen is saying that you do trust God.
