Therefore, [continue to] accept and welcome one another, just as Christ has accepted and welcomed us to the glory of [our great] God. Romans 15:7

Why do people think its okay that God accepts and receive them, but we can’t accept or receive others because we don’t like something about them? Everyone has flaws. Everyone has bad days. Everyone stuff stinks at some point in their life, including each of us. We must LOVE and WELCOME others into the kingdom with open arms.

We are supposed to be demonstrations in the earth of God’s, Christ's love right? Then if we are not demonstrating His love, then we are demonstrating something else contrary to Christ’s values.

We don’t need to be validated by anyone but God, but I believe everyone wants to be accepted and received well. Don’t allow pride to keep you from belonging to a fellowship of God’s people. Being accepted or received doesn’t necessarily mean fitting in. That’s a whole different topic.

Today I encourage you to embrace God’s people. You never know what connection you are missing out on because you have prejudged a person. You never know what connection you are missing out on because you have listened to what someone else had to say about that person and didn’t accept or receive them because of someone else’s views or experiences.

It’s time out for pettiness and foolishness. Kingdom people accept and receive as Christ has done for them. Amen!
