Building your character!

Good morning FINISHING STRONG Life Speaker!

Building your character

3 But the Lord is FAITHFUL, and He WILL strengthen you [setting you on a firm foundation] and WILL protect and guard you from the evil one. 4 We have CONFIDENCE in the Lord concerning you that you are doing and WILL continue to do the things [which] we command. 5 May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness and patience of Christ.” 2 Thessalonians 3:3-5

Are you facing trials, tribulations, suffering, hard times? Well I want to clear up the rumor that it’s because you sinned or your faith is lacking. Quite the contrary. Have you ever thought that God was building your character through the process? God has a plan for your life and in His plan everything will not be smooth sailing for you. You will face different trials, tribulations, disappointments and suffer, but you must not lay your faith aside. Have confidence that what God has begun in you is a good work and He will complete it.

It would be nice if we were promised to have a perfect life, but what kind of character would we have if everything was always perfect for us? We wouldn’t know how to endure. We would not know patience. We would not understand the love our Father truly has for us even in the midst of the storm. Although we face different trials in life, we must still remain steadfast and obedient to the word of God. His word is not changing because our situation changes. It may get hard but obey. It may seem like things will never change, but obey. It may seem like God is not listening, but obey. You may that you are getting weak and sin is knocking at your front door “Do not grow weary in well doing for in DUE SEASON you shall REAP if you faint not.” Galatians 6:9

Allow God to build your character. You will reach many lives because you carry greatness man and woman of God. Stay the course! Amen!
