Give Glory to God!

When we become proud of our own abilities and accomplishments, not recognizing them as gifts from God, we repeat Herod’s sin. Herod allowed the people to call him a god and accepted their praise. Fatal error. How dare we ever take credit for what God has done or is doing…

We must remain HUMBLE. We must give God the glory in all things. If it had not been for Christ who died for our sins we would have perished a long time ago. This is not to say you shouldn’t be happy, glad, excited about new levels, higher education, expanding and growing; this is saying when you become PROUD, PRIDEFUL and think YOU DID IT.

Give honor, praise, respect where it is due and you OWE IT ALL TO HM. Amen!
