You CAN profit from Trials and Tests...

You can profit from trials & test…

Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. James 1:2-3

Live long enough and you will face something in life. What we have to learn to do as believers, men and women with kingdom mindsets is change the way we look at our trials and test. We cannot always look at them as if the devil made them happen, or somebody else made this or that happen, but think how can this situation help me to grow? What is this thing trying to teach me? What can I learn from this experience that I won’t have to see it again or if I see it again, I will know how to deal better with it?

We must change our mindset to stop seeing everything negatively or with an impossible eye. In Christ all things are possible. God can do everything but fail. So He can handle everything that you face, but you have to get out of His way and give Him an opportunity to operate in your life.

You have been praying specific prayers asking God for patience, wisdom, maturity, knowledge, discerning spirit, well you can ask, but you are not in control of how you get it. You can command it in your life, but God is wiser than what we think we need to face in order to reach it. Trust God. Remember you can profit from trials and test but you have to open your spiritual eyes and see it. Patience, growth, maturity, humbleness… so much more can be gained.
